Ishlab chiquvchi / Who we are
QGram Business ilovasi (org.qgram.ios) mustaqil dasturchi Quvondiq Kenjaboyev (ZarGO, O‘zbekiston) tomonidan ishlab chiqilgan va boshqariladi. Ushbu siyosatda “biz” deganda shu dasturchi nazarda tutiladi. QGram Business — Telegram API asosidagi mustaqil messenjer mijoz ilova. Unga biznes vositalari qo‘shilgan: CRM, do‘kon, analitika va avto-javoblar. QGram Telegram’ning rasmiy ilovasi emas va Telegram bilan bog‘liq emas.
QGram Business (org.qgram.ios) is developed and operated by the independent developer Quvondiq Kenjaboyev (ZarGO, Uzbekistan). “We”, “us” and “our” in this policy mean this developer. QGram Business is an independent messaging client built on the Telegram API, with added business tools (CRM, shop, analytics, auto-replies). QGram is not an official Telegram app and is not affiliated with Telegram.
Qanday ma’lumotlar yig‘iladi va nima uchun / What data we collect and why
Messenjer ma’lumotlari Telegram tomonidan qayta ishlanadi. Siz Telegram telefon raqamingiz va tasdiqlash kodi bilan kirasiz. Xabarlar, chatlar, kontaktlar, media va qo‘ng‘iroqlar to‘g‘ridan-to‘g‘ri Telegram serverlariga MTProto protokoli orqali yuboriladi va Telegram maxfiylik siyosati asosida saqlanadi. QGram dasturchisi xabarlaringizni, kontaktlaringizni yoki telefon raqamingizni o‘z serverlarida qabul qilmaydi va saqlamaydi.
- Qurilmada saqlanadigan ma’lumotlar: QGram Business funksiyalarining ma’lumotlari faqat qurilmangizda (ilova xotirasida) saqlanadi va bizga yuborilmaydi. Bularga CRM mijozlar yozuvlari, do‘kon mahsulotlari va buyurtmalari, analitika hisoblagichlari, avto-javob shablonlari, ish maydoni va ilova sozlamalari kiradi.
- @QAI matn yordamchisi: matnni qayta yozish qurilmaning o‘zida bajariladi. Matn hech qanday tashqi AI serveriga yuborilmaydi.
- Kontaktlar: faqat ruxsat bersangiz, Telegram’da kontaktlaringizni topish uchun Telegram’ga sinxronlanadi. Buni Sozlamalardan o‘chirishingiz mumkin.
Biz reklama identifikatori (IDFA) yig‘maymiz, sizni kuzatmaymiz, ilovada reklama yoki uchinchi tomon analitika SDK’lari yo‘q.
Messaging data is processed by Telegram. You sign in with your Telegram phone number and a verification code. Messages, chats, contacts, media and calls are sent directly to Telegram’s servers over the MTProto protocol and stored under the Telegram Privacy Policy. The QGram developer does not receive or store your messages, contacts or phone number on its own servers.
- Data stored on your device: data for the QGram Business features is stored only on your device (app storage) and is never sent to us. This includes CRM customer records, shop products and orders, analytics counters, auto-reply templates, workspace and app settings.
- @QAI text assistant: text rewriting runs on the device. No text is sent to any external AI server.
- Contacts: only if you allow it, contacts are synced to Telegram so you can find people on Telegram. You can turn this off in Settings.
We do not collect the advertising identifier (IDFA), we do not track you, and the app contains no advertising or third-party analytics SDKs.
Qurilma ruxsatlari / Device permissions
Kamera, mikrofon, rasmlar, joylashuv va kontaktlarga ruxsat faqat siz tegishli funksiyadan foydalanganda so‘raladi. Masalan: rasm yoki video yuborish, ovozli xabar va qo‘ng‘iroq, joylashuv ulashish yoki kontaktlarni topish. Bildirishnomalar Apple Push Notification xizmati orqali keladi.
Camera, microphone, photos, location and contacts are requested only when you use the related feature. For example: sending photos or videos, voice messages and calls, sharing a location or finding contacts. Notifications are delivered through the Apple Push Notification service.

QGram Business iOS ilovasida Firebase, reklama yoki analitika xizmatlari ishlatilmaydi.
- Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc. / Telegram FZ-LLC) — all messaging services, account and messages. telegram.org/privacy
- Apple Push Notification service — notifications about new messages.
The QGram Business iOS app does not use Firebase, advertising or analytics services.
Saqlash muddati / Data retention
- Qurilmadagi QGram Business ma’lumotlari siz ularni o‘chirmaguningizcha, hisobdan chiqmaguningizcha yoki ilovani o‘chirmaguningizcha qurilmada qoladi.
- Telegram serverlaridagi ma’lumotlarning saqlanish muddatini Telegram belgilaydi (Telegram maxfiylik siyosatiga qarang).
- Siz bizga email yozsangiz, yozishma savolingiz hal bo‘lguncha va undan keyin ko‘pi bilan 12 oy saqlanadi.
- QGram Business data on your device stays there until you delete it, sign out or delete the app.
- Retention of data on Telegram’s servers is determined by Telegram (see the Telegram Privacy Policy).
- If you email us, the correspondence is kept until your request is resolved and for at most 12 months afterwards.
Hisobni va ma’lumotlarni o‘chirish / Account and data deletion
- Telegram hisobini o‘chirish: my.telegram.org/delete sahifasida darhol o‘chirish mumkin. Yoki ilovada Sozlamalar → Maxfiylik va xavfsizlik → “Hisobni o‘chirish, agar …” muddatini tanlang. Hisob o‘chirilganda Telegram barcha xabarlar va kontaktlarni o‘chiradi.
- QGram qurilmadagi ma’lumotlari: Sozlamalar → QGram Business bo‘limida yozuvlarni o‘chiring, hisobdan chiqing yoki ilovani o‘chiring. Shunda qurilmadagi barcha QGram ma’lumotlari o‘chadi.
Bizning serverimizda hisobingizga oid ma’lumot saqlanmaydi. Savollar bo‘yicha quvondiq0318@icloud.com manziliga yozing.
- Delete your Telegram account: go to my.telegram.org/delete to delete it immediately, or in the app open Settings → Privacy and Security → “Delete my account if away for …”. When the account is deleted, Telegram removes all messages and contacts.
- QGram on-device data: delete records in Settings → QGram Business, sign out, or delete the app. This removes all QGram data from the device.

Bolalar / Children
QGram Business App Store’da 17+ reytingga ega va bolalar uchun mo‘ljallanmagan. Biz 13 yoshgacha bo‘lgan bolalardan ongli ravishda ma’lumot yig‘maymiz.
QGram Business is rated 17+ on the App Store and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Xavfsizlik va huquqlaringiz / Security and your rights
Biz shaxsiy ma’lumotlarni sotmaymiz va reklama maqsadida boshqalarga bermaymiz. Ma’lumotlarni faqat ilova ishlashi uchun kerakli xizmat ko‘rsatuvchilar bilan yoki qonun talab qilganda ulashamiz. Telegram bilan aloqa MTProto shifrlash protokoli orqali amalga oshiriladi. Siz o‘z ma’lumotlaringizni ko‘rish, tuzatish, nusxasini olish yoki o‘chirishni so‘rashingiz mumkin (jumladan O‘zbekiston Respublikasining “Shaxsga doir ma’lumotlar to‘g‘risida”gi qonuni asosida) — buning uchun quvondiq0318@icloud.com manziliga yozing. Hech bir tizim 100% xavfsiz emas, lekin biz ma’lumotlarni ruxsatsiz kirishdan himoya qilish uchun oqilona choralar ko‘ramiz.
We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising. We share data only with service providers needed to run the app, or when required by law. Communication with Telegram uses the encrypted MTProto protocol. You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data (including under the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data”) by writing to quvondiq0318@icloud.com. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect data against unauthorised access.
O‘zgarishlar / Changes to this policy
Siyosat yangilanganda ushbu sahifadagi “Oxirgi yangilanish” sanasi o‘zgaradi. Muhim o‘zgarishlar haqida ilova yoki shu sahifa orqali xabar beramiz.
When this policy changes we update the “Last updated” date on this page. We will announce material changes in the app or on this page.
Yordam va qo‘llab-quvvatlash / Support
Savol, xatolik yoki taklif bo‘lsa, quvondiq0318@icloud.com manziliga yozing. Xatda qurilma modeli, iOS versiyasi va muammoni qisqacha yozing. Odatda 1–3 ish kunida javob beramiz.
- Kirish: QGram Business’ga Telegram telefon raqamingiz va Telegram yuborgan kod bilan kirasiz. Kod Telegram ilovasiga yoki SMS orqali keladi.
- Biznes vositalari: Sozlamalar → QGram Business bo‘limida CRM, do‘kon, analitika va avto-javoblar bor. Ularning ma’lumotlari faqat qurilmangizda saqlanadi.
- Hisobni o‘chirish: pastdagi “Hisobni va ma’lumotlarni o‘chirish” bo‘limiga qarang.
- QGram Business Telegram’ning rasmiy ilovasi emas. U Telegram API asosida qurilgan mustaqil mijoz ilova.
